Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time. The estimated timeline will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of your order. Any free shipping offers, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Coquette & Co. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking your shipment whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thecoquetteandco@gmail.com or support@coquetteandco.com

 We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

For damaged items, an unboxing video is required to process any replacement request, as outlined in our Return & Replacement Policy.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.
