REFUNDS AND RETURNS
On Sales items do not qualify for returns and/or exchange.
Regular price products may be returned for exchange and/or online store credit only. Exchanges can be made within 5 days of receiving your parcel by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our returned for exchange service is only available to USA mainland & USA territories customers only. Customers are responsible for return label shipping charges on all exchange products. If the change of merchandise is due to an incorrect selection by the customer, a charge of $6.00 will be charged for shipping cost. International customers and/or discounted items do not qualify for returns and/or exchange. Unfortunately, we do not accept monetary refunds.
