Return Policy

At Coquette & Co., our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, email our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please email our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
  • Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our Makeup products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • For health reasons the earrings have no exchange or refunds. No exceptions.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything that cost less than $15.00 is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Include a copy of the original receipt.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Exchanges

We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the copy of you original receipt you include in the package. Customers are responsible for return label shipping charges on all exchange products. If the change of merchandise is due to an incorrect selection by the customer, a charge of $6.00 will be charged for shipping cost. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped with the original shipping terms. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Our returned for exchange service is only available to USA mainland & USA territories customers only. International customers and/or discounted items do not qualify for returns and/or exchange. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Hassle-Free Returns

We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can to keep you from pulling your hair out. (Trust us, we’ve been there!) We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.

All we need you to do is send us an email at infocoquetteco@gmail.com please included your order number and the reason for the exchange. WE WILL SEND YOU THE ADDRESS TO SHIP THE RETURN. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once our favorite postman drops your return off at our warehouse, Coquette & Co. will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though they’re the fastest returns gals we’ve ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order. The process and shipping of the new merchandise will be the same as the original shipping terms – we cannot change this! (We promise, we have tried!)

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Coquette & Co. are always trying to beat their records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
